About us
Everett Manufacturing Incorporated specializes in the compounding and molding of abrasion resistant, rubber friction components for all applications. Our experience over the past 40 years has led us to the belief that the best quality control is to control the batch compounding and molding under one roof. By keeping tight controls on all ingredients used in our formulations, we can consistently produce the highest quality molded rubber components.
Rubber to metal bonding is one of our specialties and by mixing and molding at our Oregon factory, it allows us to provide top quality, quick turn around time and very strict quality control.
Our process equipment includes rubber milling machines, extrusion, prototype and production molding presses. We do automatic small part zinc die casting, cryogenic de-flashing, sandblasting, orbital riveting, deburring, lapping, pad printing and blister sealing. We have full in-house tool making capabilities and vertical and horizontal turning centers.
